He wrote a autobiography and they kids was very inspired by the poor reservation indian boy and his attempts to have to have a better life .he spoke to them about his struggles and mental illness that he was dealing with .There was one story which stood out it was a teen mom and her administrators told her she should get her ged because she wasn't going to graduate high school being a teen mom . He got many letter from students who has read his book . He even got some from 10 year old kids who draw pictures to show how they felt . He got a story from a boy who wanted to be himself and his dad didn't want him to be himself like in the book.
